Biography

Ryan is the Director of Investor Relations at GenWealth Capital Group, where he onboards new investor partners and oversees marketing and education initiatives. He also directs construction teams through the renovation process.

In addition to acquiring and operating large multifamily assets, his experiences include fix and flip and small multifamily ground-up development projects.

Ryan began investing in real estate in 2017 to diversify his investment portfolio away from traditional retirement vehicles offered through healthcare employment. He is a licensed Nurse Anesthetist and holds an M.S. in Anesthesiology from Baylor College of Medicine. He resides in Houston, TX, with his wife and son.

Biography

Juan is an accredited multifamily investor based out of Houston, TX. He has been involved in all aspects of real estate investing within multifamily since 2016. He has transacted on 1,600+ units valued at over $125M throughout Austin, Dallas, Houston and Phoenix and he is a JV partner on an additional 500 units throughout Texas and Georgia. In addition, he is a limited partner on over 1,000 units.

Juan heads operations and asset management at Genwealth Capital Group. He is also heavily involved in acquisitions through broker relationships and strategic partnerships.

Biography

Brian Pownall is a multifamily investor with a decade of experience in large oil and gas acquisitions. His career has focused in asset management, acquisitions and divestitures, budgetary planning, and private equity. Brian graduated from Texas A&M University as Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering.
Brian leads the financial analysis and acquisition underwriting at Genwealth Capital Group. He has an equity share in over 1,200 multifamily units and helps oversee $20M of assets.
